Hello and welcome to North Raven Studio Arts Academy, my home grown arts and wellness gallery and online marketplace. I am an artist based in the province of Alberta, Canada who takes natural inspiration from the Rocky Mountains and the peaceful serenity of the Canadian grasslands and prairies.

I grew up on the endless shores of Vancouver Island and would often swim in the emerald waters of the Salish Sea and walk the Red Cedar forests of the Boreal Pacific Northwest. Strathcona Park was my playground and my whole life has been dedicated to the exploration and preservation of nature's treasures.  Moving to Alberta in 2012 opened up a whole new landscape for me to explore. Among my interests are biology, plant medicine and wild foraging. This led for me to attain my certification as a Holistic Health Coach and the development of my program "Green Goddess Living Wellness", a method to retrain the body to heal itself and maintain lifelong natural health.

As a musician, I am grateful to have had the privilege to travel all across the world, gracing the many stages of cruise ships, vineyards, and resorts in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and across Europe. Working with celebrities, both on stage and behind the scenes, and helping them rehearse and put together concepts for their shows is one of my specialties. I now work as a choral composer and songwriter for producers and am highly sought after as a singer/guitarist and bass player. My favourite music genres are jazz, Celtic, classical and musical theatre, although I am comfortable writing and performing in any of the genres I've played professionally. Of all my travels, working in the Baltic has left me with a deep fascination for Viking, Celtic and Nordic cultures, mythology and artifacts. In addition to painting, I am currently preparing a Classical, Norse and Celtic album based on the imagery portrayed in my artwork, titled "Norse Lullaby". Her song, "Sea Spell" is a sample of her music for your listening enjoyment.

There is truly something special for everyone at North Raven Studio. Artistic designs are earthy, inspired by natural phenomena and the elements and they can be raw with emotion and edge. Everything you will find here is Canadian themed. I like to do source Canadian material for all my art supplies wherever possible.

As well, we are an ethically conscious business who respects and cares for animals and the environment. It is my personal mantra as this market gallery director to put kindness, nature & wellness at the forefront of everything I create and help nurture. Much of the art and music you will find here in this market is designed to help empower women, lifting them up in the world, wherever they are in their lives, and help give them the courage and strength to be themselves no matter what they are facing.
